Plot
As explained by Uatu, for as in order to save the planet Earth, The Avengers must fight a shape shifting extraterrestrial being known as The Skrulls. The Skrulls begin invading and changing Earths heroes with evil villains that not only look like the heroes they mock, but have their unique powers. It is up to the rest of the Marvel heroes to battle the Skrull evil villains to prevent the further entry of the alien race through an inter-national space portal which is placed above the great New York City.
