What Its REALLY All About Stephanies Boots on the Ground Perspective

What Its REALLY All About Stephanies Boots on the Ground Perspective While my husband was pondering the metaphysical during our third family trip to Hatteras, I was thinking about things a bit more concretely. Sitting on the beach this year, holding a sleeping infant and watching my four-year olds play and splash, I realized I was thankful for three things: 1. Four-year olds dont eat sand. 2. Four-year olds dont steal toys from random kids on the beach. 3. Four-year olds dont wear swim diapers. Next year we will be back in the thick of it when Wes starts shoveling fistfuls of sand into his mouth and taking purple shovels from innocent girls. But this year I enjoyed the respite. download  file  now

What is Capacitor How Capacitors Works Introduction of Capacitor Capacitor

What is Capacitor How Capacitors Works Introduction of Capacitor Capacitor What is a Capacitor? A capacitor (originally known as a condenser) A capacitor is a passive two terminal component which stores electric charge. This component consists of two conductors which are separated by a dielectric medium. The potential difference when applied across the conductors polarizes the dipole ions to store the charge in the dielectric medium. The conductors can be thin films, foils or sintered beads of metal or conductive electrolyte, etc. The nonconducting dielectric acts to increase the capacitors charge capacity. A dielectric can be glass, ceramic, plastic film, air, vacuum, paper, mica, oxide layer etc. Capacitors are widely used as parts of electrical circuits in many common electrical devices. The Capacitance of a Capacitor Capacitance is the electrical property of a capacitor and is the measure of a capacitors ability to store an electrical charge onto its two plates with the unit of ca...

What Is Diode how is It works Introduction of Diodes Diodes

What Is Diode how is It works Introduction of Diodes Diodes  What is Diode how is it works ? A diode is a specialized electronic component with two electrodes called the anode(+) and the cathode(-). Most diodes are made with semiconductor materials such as silicon , germanium , or selenium . Some diodes are comprised of metal electrodes in a chamber evacuated or filled with a pure elemental gas at low pressure. Diode behavior is analogous to the behavior of a hydraulic device called a check valve . A check valve allows fluid flow through it in only one direction as in Figure A diode is an electrical device allowing current to move through it in one direction with far greater ease than in the other (called the diodes forward direction) while blocking current in the opposite direction (the reverse direction). This unidirectional behavior is called rectification, and is used to convert alternating current to direct current, including extraction of modulation from radio signals in...

What is Transistor How do transistor works About transistors Transistors

What is Transistor How do transistor works About transistors Transistors What is Transistor? A transistor is a device that regulates current or voltage flow and acts as a switch or gate for electronic signals. Transistors consist of three layers of a semiconductor material, each capable of carrying a current. The transistor was invented by three scientists at the Bell Laboratories in 1947, and it rapidly replaced the vacuum tube as an electronic signal regulator. By three brilliant US physicists: John Bardeen (19081991), Walter Brattain (19021987), and William Shockley (19101989). A transistor is a semiconductor device used to amplify or switch electronic signals and electrical power. It is composed of semiconductor material with at least three terminals for connection to an external circuit. A voltage or current applied to one pair of the transistors terminals changes the current through another pair of terminals. Because the controlled (output) power ca...

What is the Journey About

What is the Journey About When I was in the fourth or fifth grade my grandfather brought our whole family to Disney World for a reunion of sorts--there were 18 or 19 of us.  The trip was supposed to be a surprise (my grandfather loved surprises) but somebody accidentally spilled the beans and I found out months in advance (my family loved to spill the beans). I looked forward to that trip every day while I was sitting in class and every night as I was laying in bed.  The wild freedom of my childish imagination had kicked into overdrive.  My mind envisioned the Magic Kingdom in epic terms--it was huge--it was fun--it was fast.  The roller coasters reached up into the clouds and then plunged down into the deepest darkest depths.  Inevitably, the actual trip, though excellent in every way, (I even met Joe DiMaggio for goodness sake) fell short of what I had imagined.  The "real" Magic Kingdom was small and crowded, and there were only two roller coasters--neit...

What Happens If 1 Rupee 1 Dollar

What Happens If 1 Rupee 1 Dollar We have been seeing the race of Dollar vs Rupee since the past few years. Most of us want the rupee to win. In fact, one thing we always wished for is this equation 1 dollar = 1 rupee. I came across an interesting article on what would happen if this equation becomes a fact. Here is the complete content for you. Let us assume that such an event happens overnight without a drastic change in productivity or a massive drop in real wages. A good Indian engineer makes Rs.75,000 per month. Skills wise, this guy might be comparable to a guy making $3000 in the US. What if 1 USD becomes 1 INR and this guys productivity and salary stays the same? The Indian guys salary becomes equal to $75,000. Before he is happy with his paycheck and go on to buy hot gadgets from the Apple store, a few things change. Why would a company pay him $75,000 when you can get someone for $3000 in the US? Of course they would not. So, every Indian engineers, teachers, ac...

What is Race Condition in software

What is Race Condition in software Hello everyone, today we are going to see what is race condition and how we can use race condition in Software and also we are going to see few examples to understand better. What is race condition, we know that in a software the output that we get it depends on many events, if those events, those conditions are properly executed or properly run then only we get a proper output or as a proper expected output. But sometime what happens those events or are those conditions are not properly get executed or some of them may get skipped so that as a result we dont get a proper output as we expected, this is nothing but a race condition. You can hear this term in other systems also like in a electronic system or in electrical system this term race condition is also used. In other system also the meaning of race condition is same that is the output depends on sequence or series of events if a particular events does not happen then race condition occurs. If s...

What does a good website test look like The essential elements of testing

What does a good website test look like The essential elements of testing "Test! Test! Test!" Weve all heard this advice for building a better website. Testing is the heart of creating a culture of growth ? a culture where everyone on your team is ready to gather and act on data to make the customer experience better day by day. But how do you run a good test ? Is it just a matter of finding something youre not sure about and switching it around, like changing a blue "Buy now" button for a red one? It depends: Did you decide to test that button based on analytics, or was it a wild guess? Assuming the former, a good test also means that even if it fails, youve still learned something. A bad test may make your website performance worse than before, but its even worse if you dont take those learnings into account in the future. The key to running good tests is to establish a testing framework that fits your company. Watch our on-demand webinar  to hear Krista Seiden...

WHAT IF SERIE A FUMETTI

E Se lUomo Ragno s...
