This game contains 68 characters and 35 HR Stages.
I HAVENT MADE THOSE CHARACTERS AND STAGES, NOR SCREENPACK
I havent done much in this game. I already had all the characters and wonderful KOFXIII ScreenPack made by EnlightendShadow. I made only the half of all portraits, added victory quotes and fixed some characters pallets to match KOFXIII ones.

IMPORTANT!!!
============
If your monitor screen resolution is bigger then 1024x768 (for example 1280x720 WideScreen) then use mugen.cfg file from data/mugen_cfg _1280x720 folder. Just replace that file with the one from data folder. If you want to change it back then use the file from data/mugen_cfg _1024x768 folder
